Biography
A Former Prosecutor turned Defense Attorney. Prior to joining Moermond & Mulligan, I spent six years with the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office handling cases from homicides down to simple drug possession and everything in between. Over my six years, I have prosecuted over 500 cases as well as handled more than 20 jury trials to a verdict. I also was the Supervising Attorney of the Consumer Fraud and Economic Crimes Division which prosecuted white-collar crimes and high dollar theft cases.
I have significant courtroom experience that allows me to understand how to prepare a defense that is not only well-built but also leads to positive results for clients. As someone who has prosecuted these cases, I know how the other side thinks and how they prepare, which significantly drives defense strategies for my clients.
