Kimberly Nicole Roeder

As an associate at Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz, I concentrate in the areas of practice of civil litigation including motor vehicle negligence, premise liability, and medical malpractice. I am devoted to representing Ohio plaintiffs and to safeguarding their right to a jury trial when appropriate.

Before joining DGMS, I gained trial experience as an intern prosecuting misdemeanors for the City of Dayton Prosecutor’s Office where I achieved over fifty bench trial convictions.  I started my career at DGMS in the firm’s Appellate Practice and Research Division before joining the Litigation Division.

Recently, I argued before the Third District Court of Appeals, securing a new trial for my client solely on the issue of the proper amount of damages and served as second chair in a trial in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas, which returned a Plaintiff’s verdict.
