I specialize in resolving disputes both inside and outside the Courtroom. I have tried dozens of Jury Trials in both Federal and State Court involving a number of different types of Civil Lawsuits in addition to trying many cases before the Bench and various Arbitration Panels. My Firm's roots go back to 1854. My Family has been practicing here since 1930. I represent the third generation to be practicing at the Firm. However, Law goes back in my Family even further to the previous generations who were lawyers before my Grandfather began working at Bieser, Greer & Landis in 1930.

You don't want him on the "other" side
Jamie and his firm represented me on an FMLA claim against my former employer. Jamie was professional and extremely knowledgeable about my case. As a client, I could always expect Jamie to explain everything in detail to me, and he was quick to return my emails and phone calls. I always knew my options as a client because he didn’t lead me on and “sugar coat” things and just tell me everything that I wanted to hear. There was never any pressure by Jamie to settle my claim for a quick payday for his firm. He fought for me every step of the way, and made sure the result was more than satisfactory for me. If I need an attorney in the future, I won’t hesitate a second to give Jamie a call. If you need an attorney, believe me, Jamie is the one you want on “your” side.
