After an extensive search for an attorney in 2014, due to racial discrimination during the hiring process within the healthcare industry, I retained the legal services of Jason P. Matthews. Attorney Matthews past experience as an investigator with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission was one of many deciding factors in my final decision to retain his services.
During the consultation Jason listened, absorbed detail, and opinions, and then made recommendations and decisions that resulted in the filing of a lawsuit against the healthcare facility, where I was seeking a managerial position.
Jason P. Matthews proved to be an exceptional attorney well versed in the law. Jason’s judgment was always well reasoned, and accurate.
The communication between attorney and client from the start to the completion of the case was outstanding. I was never left wondering about the status of my case. Any questions I had, Jason and his team always responded promptly. While this was an emotionally charged time for me, Jason and his awesome team always made the legal process as comfortable as possible.
Jason ultimately negotiated a resolution to my advantage in my case. The case was handled with integrity, dedication, and care.
I would highly recommend Jason P. Matthews to anyone who has been discriminated against or treated unjustly due to pre-employment/employment issues in the workplace.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
