Doesn't seem to know his craft
This guy took my friends case, with most knowing that she did not legally have a chance to win. He initially led her to believe that she could sue the employer. He even made the local evening TV news threatening to sue the employer. Then guess what; no law suit. But he did get some free TV time....

Disappointed
Not a very aggressive Attoney. Pleasant enough man to communicate with from my end. Disappointed in his follow though and approach with opposing attorney.
