I specialize in resolving disputes both inside and outside the Courtroom. I have tried dozens of Jury Trials in both Federal and State Court involving a number of different types of Civil Lawsuits in addition to trying many cases before the Bench and various Arbitration Panels. My Firm's roots go back to 1854. My Family has been practicing here since 1930. I represent the third generation to be practicing at the Firm. However, Law goes back in my Family even further to the previous generations who were lawyers before my Grandfather began working at Bieser, Greer & Landis in 1930.
