I have spent my entire legal career serving business clients of all sizes in Southwest Ohio, and individuals who need help navigating complex legal issues. My practice has focused on resolving disputes through negotiation, and when necessary, litigation. I also help clients in creating contracts and various commercial transactions. In addition, I have helped many clients in dealing with governmental regulatory agencies - including licensing, compliance, and investigations. I have represented large Fortune 500 companies, small family businesses, and everything in between.

Upon graduating with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law, I worked for several years at a top-tier regional law firm. After that, I have served for five years as the General Counsel to a national franchisor operating hundreds of locations across 35 states. This allowed me to handle cases on both coasts, and many points in between.

Most of my free time is spent with my wife and four children - coaching and volunteering for their activities. I have also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law.

I founded The Bryant Firm in 2015 to give small and medium-sized businesses in Southwest Ohio top-notch legal services at an affordable rate.

Brilliant Attorney

Mr. Bryant assisted my husband and I with an arbitration case. Such a Brilliant attorney.. who went way beyond the scope of his duties on our case. So appreciative of his services and knowledge. I certainly recommend his firm to anyone needing legal assistance

I hired Todd Bryant to help me with a lawsuit regarding me co-signing for a car loan. He was able to find discrepancies in the contract and was very available when I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Great Civil Representation

One of the best lawyers in Ohio

Mr.Bryant is simply the best. I hired him several times over the past decade to assist us in few civil business matters involving our ex business associates. Each case he made this process seamless. I would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone who is involved in a complicated civil matter. He was able to save us alot of money without having to go through the expense of a costly litigation. He is no longer just our lawyer but a close friend of the family after all the years in the courtroom .

Great Guy, more than just a lawyer

I started a business a few years ago and needed some legal work done. There was more than just starting an LLC. I needed a will and power of attorney. Todd helped me through every step and explained what everything meant. It was important to him that I understand all the details. I have used other lawyers in the past but did not get the same personal attention. I use Todd for everything now and have referred him to my friends and family. Legal matters are so important, I want a professional I can trust. On the personal side, I want a professional I like.
