Biography
I have spent my entire legal career serving business clients of all sizes in Southwest Ohio, and individuals who need help navigating complex legal issues. My practice has focused on resolving disputes through negotiation, and when necessary, litigation. I also help clients in creating contracts and various commercial transactions. In addition, I have helped many clients in dealing with governmental regulatory agencies - including licensing, compliance, and investigations. I have represented large Fortune 500 companies, small family businesses, and everything in between.
Upon graduating with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law, I worked for several years at a top-tier regional law firm. After that, I have served for five years as the General Counsel to a national franchisor operating hundreds of locations across 35 states. This allowed me to handle cases on both coasts, and many points in between.
Most of my free time is spent with my wife and four children - coaching and volunteering for their activities. I have also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law.
I founded The Bryant Firm in 2015 to give small and medium-sized businesses in Southwest Ohio top-notch legal services at an affordable rate.
