Mr. Babb represented me in a case in which I was wrongly ticketed by an officer for driving on a closed roadway. Mr. Mark Babb was my court appointed attorney for a case I was facing in Warren County, Lebanon Ohio. Known to be a tough bullying county that uses pressure and fear and threats of longer sentences to ultimately have you just agree to a plea deal with less punishment but securing their conviction rat...e which is just as important as the air they breathe! Mr.Babb would have none of it and was fearless and confident throughout my process. It truly meant so much that this man gave his all as my court appointed attorney just the same as if I'd paid him for his time! He was able to get a charge dropped and a charge amended down because of discrepancies from the beginning and Warren County could have cared less that a charge I had was over something that never happened to begin with yet Warren county said that in my 1st plea I wouldn't have to plea out to that charge anyway.
