Mr Babb was honest and didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver and made sure I understood what was a reasonable outcome. His fee was reasonable. He always communicated and made sure I understood what was going on and worked with me via phone because I was coming in from out of state. Mr. Mark Babb was my court appointed attorney for a case I was facing in Warren County, Lebanon Ohio. Known to be a tough bullying county that uses pressure and fear and threats of longer sentences to ultimately have you just agree to a plea deal with less punishment but securing their conviction rat...e which is just as important as the air they breathe! Mr.Babb would have none of it and was fearless and confident throughout my process. It truly meant so much that this man gave his all as my court appointed attorney just the same as if I'd paid him for his time! He was able to get a charge dropped and a charge amended down because of discrepancies from the beginning and Warren County could have cared less that a charge I had was over something that never happened to begin with yet Warren county said that in my 1st plea I wouldn't have to plea out to that charge anyway. Well if it didn't happen it should have never been a charge to begin with and Mark had it taken care of and made it clear to me that he was on my side 100%. I hope I never have to retain a attorney ever again in life but I'd know exactly who to call if ever in need... Mr. Mark Babb.

Despite consenting to every possible search and seizure requested by my arresting officer, Mark Babb found several loopholes in 4th amendment violations that were strong enough to throw out my case entirely on the first pre trial hearing with the acceptance of some short community service hours; savi...ng my job, my license, and my future as a budding professional. He simultaneously acquired another diversion deal for his other client present in the courtroom on the same day. No matter what the charge or how guilty you are, bite the bullet, find the money and hire this guy. If you go to anyone else, you are making a mistake. I will also add that he reduced my cost for his counsel from his initial estimate, based on the findings of my statement.
