Jonathan Keith Smith

My wife and I really like to cook, and we even watch the food network.

Although I am not as active as I once was, I used to mountain bike all four seasons.  It's fun to go riding though the woods and jump over fallen trees and stuff.

I have a daughter who attends Ohio State University.

When I was young and in school, I was on the speech team.  I had the distinction of never placing less than first in an Impromptu Speaking competition.  I was county champion in extemporaneous speaking the two years I entered, and also most valuable speaker on our team.  I like to believe that those skills help me practice trial lawyering.

I grew up a rural area known as Perry Township, near Buck Creek, in Lafayette, Indiana.

Before law school, I worked in the manufacturing business.  In my last job, I had 26 direct reports and 9 ancillary reports working under me.
