Stapleton Review

I hired Mr. Stapleton (after meeting with three other attorneys in the past) to draw up an updated Will and help transfer ownership of the family business to my children. Mr. Stapleton was very personable, easy to talk to, made sure I understood everything and put me in contact with his office staff who were also extremely helpful.

Trust & Will

Having gone through the process of creating a trust and will for family twice, I can confidently say Elliott and his team provide the most transparent and seamless process I have found and experienced. The team is very knowledgeable and made the process easy utilizing a questionnaire they guided us through to complete. The embedded videos explaining different terminology made the trust and will review process easy as well.

Trust Fund update

Elliott has kept us informed of changes in the tax law that would impact our trust fund. We also needed to update our wills at the same time as making changes to the Trust. He always listens carefully to our request and provides clear concise answers to our questions to helps us understand. The changes were completed accurately and timely, and he provided well organized quality documents for our records.

Excellent, through, and calming

Creating your will can be nerve wracking, uncomfortable, or even upsetting. Mr. Stapleton’s demeanor is steady and restful, which really helps to put you at ease when going through all of your final wishes. He covers all possibilities, discusses every detail, and had ready answers to the many questions I had for him. He made what could have been a dreadful experience into something that allowed me to leave his office with the certainty that my loved ones would be taken care of. If the thought of creating a will and list of last wishes leaves you stressed out, then he’s the perfect attorney to guide you through the process.

Pleased with services provided

Elliot was great

Elliot was extremely thorough on what was needed in order to complete our Living Trust. He rewrote our wills to align with the trust, and walked us through all of the necessary things that needed to be completed in order to get everyting into the trust. He spoke to us in terms that were understandable. I would highly recommend Elliot.
