To better serve clients, I focus on Estate Planning, Business Law, and Probate Administration.
Estate Planning includes evaluation, drafting, and executing of your Will (also referred to as the Last Will and Testament), Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Trust Agreements (Revocable or Irrevocable).
The goal of Estate Planning is to limit protect assets from creditors, reduce the time of administration, avoid Probate, and give special attention to each client’s individual goals.
I advise owners, directors, employees and officers of businesses ranging from start-up ventures to large privately held companies.
Representation includes support on entity selection (Limited Liability Company, S-Corporation, or C-Corporation); Preparation of contracts and liability protection measures (operating agreements/membership agreements, independent contractor agreements, employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, buy/sell agreements, licensing agreements, internal administrative documents, and registration of trademarks and copyrights); and Enforcement of contracts when necessary.
