LITERALLY SO RUDE. I tried calling the office several times. When I finally did get through she asked what I wanted, TO TALK ABOUT MY CASE DUH. Then in court, at the stand (WHERE SHE FINALLY TOLD ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING) she said I was getting an assessment- ONLY to have the judge order right after tha...t one yr of probation. YOU can tell and feel and hear her tone and she hates her job SO RETIRE TINA OR FIND SOMETHING ELSE THAT MAKES U HAPPY

I found Tina Barrett after my first attorney in Ohio was not effective. Tina seemed well-connected within the community and she always gave me sound advice. When I asked her to send emails or file a motion she was always very responsive. There were times that I let my emotions get the best me and... would want to file a motion but Tina would advise against it if I didn’t have a chance of winning even though she could have profited from the extra time spent on my case. She did a great job in court too. I recently had to transfer my case to a different state and Tina was very helpful in the transition process.
