Don't just put out your Shingle.
Mr. Shaw tends to do a lot of Grandstanding in Madeira, and not a lot of legal work. New to the area, his qualifications looked good. Replied last April 11, 2018I serve my community in various capacities. I am very proud of what I have done in Madeira to make it a better community and to make the schools a better place to send your children. Obviously this individual, being new to the area, has no idea of my history in the community. If you want to know, ask the City Manager or the Superintendent of the Schools. In litigation, lawyers and clients often have different perspectives. I am happy that the individual found an attorney that better aligned with their needs or desires. I don't know who this client was or the circumstances. I have 25 years of litigation experience, and in that time, I can assure everyone, that not all clients have agreed with my recommendations. When that is true, I often suggest that they seek another attorney and have helped clients find an attorney that better meets their needs or their approach to litigation.
