Nothing is more disgusting to me than a government that invades the privacy of its citizens. Fighting against government interference in the lives of citizens supports my libertarian approach to life.
Nothing is more important to me than freedom. Mine. And yours.

Better results than expected!
Brien was thorough and professional. He was kind and understanding and showed up to court ready to advocate for us. It was a minor issue all things considered but still could've had lasting impressions on our lives and mostly expenses, but he was able to negotiate a deal and get results better than w...

**TOP RECOMMENDATION**
I'll start off with some admissions . I made a lot of poor choices previously and have been working hard the past handful of years to turn my life around. I received a Driving Under Suspension, and Brien made sure I was alright personally, then we proceeded to tackle this together. My fear was my pas...

Would 100% recommend to anyone
I got a speeding ticket, my first violation, and Brien was able to talk to the prosecutor before I even walked in the building to get it reduced to a fine for a broken tail light. My name didn’t even get called in the court room.

A terrific lawyer
I was facing a uphill battle to have my license reinstated. Brien did a excellent job representing me in court and got my license back for me. He is a true professional and knows his way around a courtroom.

My son was facing multiple driving violations and with his past history was looking at a considerable amount of jail time. Mr. Miller not only took an interest in taking his case but took an interest in getting to know my son so he could provide the best defense for him. He not only kept him out of...
"Brien is an excellent attorney with life experience outside the practice of law. For twenty years, Brien taught high school social studies and coached. Brien then went to law school at the University of Cincinnati, during which he won the coveted Federal bar Association John W. Peck Trial Practice Award. Brien now defends people accused of crimes and embroiled in school disciplinary disputes in federal court and the state courts of Ohio and Kentucky. I have seen first-hand his tireless work representing his clients."
"Brien Miller is an attorney of the utmost integrity. For his clients, Brien is a zealous advocate in all respects. He devotes whatever time and resources are necessary to ensure his client the best result. He also has the unique ability to break down the most complicated of legal concepts because of his extensive background in education. To fellow attorneys, Brien is fair, ethical, and respectful. He is a true asset to the legal community."
