Andrew provided excellent information that helped to streamline a potentially difficult process. In addition to explaining the legal details of the current situation, he provided insight into likely outcomes of options available. This allowed me to make informed decisions on the potential downstream... effects of my choices. Ultimately, with his guidance we were able to resolve the process with a minimum of difficulties and ended up with a solution that that was agreeable to all parties.
