I got an OVI/DUI charge at the end of Oct, 2011. I thought Chuck Strain was expensive, But since I wanted that DUI to disappear I stuck with Chuck instead of going with another lawyer after I read the reviews on this site. The other lawyers told me $1000-$2000 to get me the minimum charges since I ...blew the breathalyzer. Which means I would have a DUI on my Driving Record. They said they won't be able to make my DUI Disappear. Chuck charged me a similar amount and even started working my case without paying him up front. He let me pay him in increments due to my financial problems! I got frustrated at a certain time and was very rude to Chuck.
