I am writing this review so that others will not make the same mistake I did. This man is one of the most condescending, faceitious and awkward individual I and my family have ever met. He was no where near compassionate or understanding. He gave off a weird vibe and if you're looking for a decent pr...ice, look elsewhere. Chuck treated myself and my family like we were un-intelligent and lacked common sense. Just because someone has a brush with the law doesn't mean they should be treated with such disrespect. I will say that he knows his stuff on DUI law and the case turned out in our favor as best it could but I would choose differently if I could go back. I hope others take this advice to heart and make a better choice in their representation than I did.

I got my 3rd OVI charge with a refusal (high tier) in July of 2017. Chuck did an excellent job throughout the whole process. A 3rd OVI charge is no joke and the punishment for it can be extreme. Chuck was able to mitigate the damage to a very manageable situation for me. I had recently got promoted a...nd expected to move out of state during all of this. Chuck was able to work out an incredible deal that enabled me to continue moving forward with my career and my life. This guy will work some magic for you!!

I wish I had known about this site a few years ago when my wife got a DUI. My wife and I were stressed and scared and this guy took advantage of our situation. I cant remember the exact price but he "represented" us for like 2 grand. He was very confusing and if we needed any additional paperwork ...filed he would request a few extra hundred dollars if we wanted him to take care of it. It was my wifes first DUI, she was in the higher tier for what she blew like a .192 I think, we were pulled over on the way home from a bar and pulled over for going 5 over the speed limit because it was 2 in the morning. She ended up getting 1 year probation, alcohol abuse classes, AND 1 week in jail. Yes my 23 year old wife with a clean record prior had to do 1 week at the small jail down the street from the hamilton county justice center. If we could go back in time my wife would have just showed up and plead guilty and saved herself the 2 grand we spent

I got an OVI/DUI charge at the end of Oct, 2011. I thought Chuck Strain was expensive, But since I wanted that DUI to disappear I stuck with Chuck instead of going with another lawyer after I read the reviews on this site. The other lawyers told me $1000-$2000 to get me the minimum charges since I ...blew the breathalyzer. Which means I would have a DUI on my Driving Record. They said they won't be able to make my DUI Disappear. Chuck charged me a similar amount and even started working my case without paying him up front. He let me pay him in increments due to my financial problems! I got frustrated at a certain time and was very rude to Chuck. But Chuck kept his professionalism at all times and showed that he cared and really wanted to help me. And that he DID! I am so grateful to have chose Chuck Strain to represent me, because I have a reckless driving on my record instead of a DUI. Just what I wanted. And the other well-known lawyers admitted they couldn't provide that. I would be stuck with a DUI on my record. Thanks Chuck! I appreciate your service for real.
