If you’re looking for a lawyer who is nervous, shakes and does not follow protocol this is your guy. The magistrate took this man to his chambers for all the rest of us outside to hear him screaming at Roger. He kept leaving the court room to ask his assistant sitting outside in the foyer, for pape...rs or to answer questions he did not know. He won’t send you your records no matter how many times you ask, even though he claims you’ll get them the in 2 days. He lost evidence from the time it was presented to the time it was supposed to be handed over. He asked me at one point during the trial to take notes… I think he forgot he did that b cause he shortly thereafter took my notepad away. I had an “expert” witness who could not testify because he didn’t follow protocol. I later was told by this expert witness he asked, “what questions should I ask you on the stand?” One of my witnesses stated he asked her not to let me know that my situation was not going to win without her testimony. Derogs were not turned in by the deadline.. so no questions had to be answered by plaintiff in the same matter I had to answer. Lawyers take an oath to do their best to defend a client and if they are unsure about a situation to collaborate with another lawyer with better insight. This was not my case.

I called Roger after reading his reviews. I recieved my 4th overall DUI charge. Roger had it reduced to the 3rd. I just had a baby, and was so fearful of going to jail, obviously with this being the 4th one. I haven’t seen a jail cell yet, and now have 24/7 privelages with an interlock. And, I’m not ...being a charged a felony. Roger and Stevie have answered every question through this process, and kept me feeling safe and worry free the entire way, and delivered exactly what they said they would. They care. I’ve struggled with addiction my entire life, and they really understand what it’s like to truly struggle. They carry about to what happens to you. I will NEVER call anyone else for legal troubles

I’m new to the Cincinnati area, I’m A native of Georgia. I received a DUI that Lead me to having A interlock placed in my vehicle as well as probation, with fines and fees.
