I was so incredibly honored to join Beth Silverman & Associates to pursue Family Law and continue to build upon my passion for serving clients and families. While representing you, my hope is that you feel supported, encouraged, protected, and armed with an attorney who is not only intelligent, creative, and strategic but also extremely experienced in litigation.
My extensive track record of success in the most complex cases in the courtroom makes me an excellent choice both for clients looking to reach agreements in family law
matters and who seek the highest quality litigation skills in the courtroom. I have successfully defended hundreds of clients during my 15 years of practice devoted to litigating high-level felony cases and homicides in Ohio and Kentucky. I also
achieved landmark wins in both the Ohio and Kentucky Courts of Appeals and Supreme Courts. Achieving results in family law is a natural progression from my successes in criminal defense. In each of these fields, my focus is and has always been on the specific needs and goals of each client that I have been fortunate to represent. My objective is the same in both fields, and that is to fully understand each client’s needs
and priorities, and to work tirelessly to achieve the highest achievable results.
I have the knowledge and expertise to offer you the best advice for any family law issues you are currently facing, including divorce, dissolution, shared parenting agreements, contempt, child support, and adoption. I also accept select criminal cases. I am currently available to practice in Hamilton, Warren, Butler, and Clermont Counties
in Ohio.
In the community, I enjoy teaching law students Trial Practice at Chase College of Law. I am also honored to regularly present locally and nationally about youth, litigation, and mental health issues. I have received numerous awards for my litigation
achievements for excellence in mental health litigation and for achieving the highest number of acquittals in criminal defense.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing billiards (pool) and am proud to celebrate wins at interstate tournaments and in my division for multiple consecutive years. I reside with my child, husband of over 15 years, and rescue German Shepherd in Columbia
Tusculum.

Excellent legal advice
I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone in need of criminal defense. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my case. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. ...
