Darrin E Nye is a great Lawyer. He works from the heart and you can trust him even against the state or any big law firm he won't lay down when things get tough and hard he will fight. It's not often a public defender will fight for you like a $200 - $350 an hour lawyer but he will. I will not go fully into details, but he did a case for me me pro bono years ago. Before meeting him, I had a paid attorney and thought at that time the pay would make the difference. The pais attorney was not personable, I felt let down and almost ahd lost faith in fair representation for myself, th...ere suggestion was to just give in and basically lie, by false admission of a lesser charge.
