Darrin E Nye is a great Lawyer. I used him in late 2019 over my child and won my case even faster than expected he cares very much for his clients trust me I have used some of the best lawyers from northern Ky and in Ohio and paid them TOP dollar for the same results that Darrin got my child and I, a...nd he was a Publick defender for my case. He works from the heart and you can trust him even against the state or any big law firm he won't lay down when things get tough and hard he will fight. It's not often a public defender will fight for you like a $200 - $350 an hour lawyer but he will. I have only meet a very few lawyers like him and I have hired the best of the best but most of them the good Lord has taken there is not many like him. Mr. Nye was exceptional and strategic in winning all three of my cases:two criminal cases where I was wrongfully accused and my custody case involving my daughter. Mr.Nye was consistent in all of the details of a 6 hour custody trial and I won legal custody of my child. I will not go fully into details, but he did a case for me me pro bono years ago. Before meeting him, I had a paid attorney and thought at that time the pay would make the difference. The pais attorney was not personable, I felt let down and almost ahd lost faith in fair representation for myself, th...ere suggestion was to just give in and basically lie, by false admission of a lesser charge.
