Estate Planning made easy

Dan McCarthy was extremely helpful throughout the process of our estate planning. My husband and I know very little about trust law and he talked us through everything in terms that we could understand. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dan for any trust services!

Took On Lengthy Eviction Case

We had called a few attorney's in regards to an Eviction. Dan was the only one who took his time to offer more than enough advice. He answered all of our many questions in our case. He gave thorough explanations every time we had to go in front of the magistrate. Even though our case was complicated, Dan was able to finally get us the desired outcome. We are very thankful for his time he committed to our case.

Estate planning

Dan was very efficient in completing our estate planning in a timely manner. He was very good at explaining everything in layman's terms for us to understand. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone for any attorney needs. He is very thorough and diligent.

Excellent service.

My wife was suddenly taken ill and we did not have a will. Mr. McCarthy prepared the wills over a weekend and brought them to the hospital for us to sign. My wife passed a week later. I have also been working with Mr. McCarthy trying to get the life insurance company to pay the claim. I am happy to say the check has just been issued. I would recommend him highly!

Highly recommended

Dan was very down-to-earth and practical. He took extra care to explain things and gave us the time we needed to look through documents. Working around our busy schedule was very appreciated. We didn't feel as though we were rushed through anything. We also appreciated his quick turnaround time with responses to questions, emails etc. and keeping us informed of any changes. My husband and I would highly recommend him.
