Dain Terrence Monroe

I had an easy (no kids, no property) but unusual divorce. Since I knew the divorce was going to be easy I attempted to study up on it myself. But since it was an unusual situation, there wasn't much information out there to help me accomplish it on my own. I reached out to attorney's that didn't seem... to get what I was needing. Dain Monroe was the only attorney that listened to me. He completed my paperwork, briefed me on what to expect and what's expected of me. The proceedings were very smooth and my interaction with the court was with no conflict because I felt properly informed. I then was involved in a car accident that ended up in court. I felt I was not at fault but the city felt otherwise. I again chose to use Dain Monroe and again, Dain Monroe paid attention, this time to all parties involved and because of this he was able to connect dots in court that caused the case to be dismissed. Definitely on my list as a valuable resource!

If you want no one to represent you, or say anything in your defense then get Dain Monroe. Never answers phone calls. Hardly ever calls you back and when and if he does it is days or weeks later even if the phone calls are important and urgent. No sense of urgency! Doesn't ever speak up, let's the ju...dge run right over him. Doesn't stand up for the client whatsoever! Slow and late to court sometimes..which leads to extensions and prolonged court dates which ultimately leads to more money out of your pocket, waiting for sentencing or longer to wait to get things over with and move on with your life, and definite headaches! Horrible!!!
