I handle mostly unpaid overtime wage and unpaid minimum wage claims for individuals and in class actions. I also represent employees with Family and Medical Leave Act claims.

I help people create and manage their businesses from the ground up. I also help them deal with taxing authorities, shareholders and succession plans.

Disputes arise all the time between businesses and individuals. The question up front is always "Do I have a case?" I can answer that, yes or no, relatively quickly. If a legal proceeding is necessary, then I can handle that throughout Ohio and out of Ohio in federal courts. As a caveat, more than 90% of cases are either resolved by settlement or judgment before trial.

Assisting families with the process of distributing and passing on a deceased loved one's assets is extremely satisfying. My team and I have done it many times. For better or worse, we have also experienced the process personally.
