Michael P. Ciccone

I would highly recommend Atty. Ciccone . Due largely to his efforts and knowledge of the law, our case was favorably resolved. He was accessible to answer questions. His explanations were thorough and clear. He did not talk down to us as many attorneys do - they often speak "legalese" to seem super...ior. He met with the City Prosecutors office on several occasions, traveled 30 miles to get information that could not be mailed or faxed. He was in touch with us on several occasions, keeping us updated. Atty. Ciccone was professional and I would reference any of my friends who need a good person to represent them in court.

What he did for me was amazing. First he is a great down to Earth guy whole listens to your concerns. He got my second OVI in 3 years reduced to failure to control, hit and skip dropped, and when the judge was set to give me 10 days, Mr Ciccone stuck his neck out for me and my situation and convinced... the Judge to show me mercy on sentencing day. Ended up with 3 days house arrest. I would highly recommend him if you want a lawyer whole is really gonna go to bat for you.

The day after my OVI I found Michael on the internet. The next morning, he called and we met in town at a convenient place and time. He had quoted me one price but when he found out the case was bigger than he expected he'd wished he'd have quoted more. Regardless, he stuck to his initial quote. He w...as very honest about my odds of success and pulled no punches. He filed my plea immediately and spared me the time and hassle of showing for court. At my first hearing he was offered a deal that was ok but not great but tried for better as I'm a veteran. That mention alone opened up more opportunities for my case and it was transferred to Veteran's Court. Although he didn't have much to do with the case at that point, he was always available for questions I had and very quick to assist me with securing driving privileges as well as updating them when things changed. In the end, everything was dismissed. I don't think I'd have gotten that far if I had mentioned about being a veteran. And even if I hadn't, I'm confident that Michael was going to get me a fair deal. I can recommend his services without hesitation.
