David John Hrina

Since our business began 10 year ago, David has been our attorney. He helps us create our consignment contracts, our lease agreements, our incorporation documents and any legal matter with which we need guidance. He steers us away from potential harmful situations that could damage our company's pr...ofits or harm our ethical reputation. Being an online company means having many risk factors. David has been invaluable in not only guiding us in the right direction but educating us along the way. For example on a recent lease agreement, David again went the extra mile and checked the EPA reports regarding this property and it turns out they had 149 violations reported in the past. David not only notified us but taught where to look and how to pull those reports for ourselves as another safeguard for our company when looking at potential properties. David is honest and trustworthy in his dealings with us. We had a collections issue recently and David compared the chances of winning the lawsuit and the possible gain against the fees for pursuing the debt. He gave us his honest appraisal and allows us to make the decision. I believe most companies would simply pursue if asked, no matter the cost, even if it were to be loss after winning the suit. David is able to break down legal documents and explain to us in a manner that enables us to fully understand in a language we can follow. Let's face it, a 17 page document to lease an empty building for a 1 year term, contains a lot of legal verbiage that even most college educated people would find hard to follow. David is able to explain each paragraph and offer change suggestions that affords the most protection for us as the lessee. David has always made himself available to us. Our business is open 24/7 and key personnel work long hours, seven day a week. We sometimes work late into the night or on weekends and need immediate answers to critical questions. Our company had issues with zoning compliance at one of warehouses and the zoning department decided to perform an impromptu site visit on a Saturday afternoon during a customer pickup period. Although not one of David's scheduled work days, he answered his phone and guided us through the visit which resulted in allowing our customers to pick up their purchases and resume our business. So, to conclude my review of David as our attorney, he is an integral part of our business and considered part of our team as we continue to grow and move forward!!

I have engaged Attorney Hrina on several occasions and cannot recommend him strongly enough. I feel the same way about lawyers that we all do; however when you need a whip-smart and talented lawyer to help protect and defend your business Attorney Hrina is who you should turn to. Over the years I h...ave noted that many lawyers - and doctors - get "up to speed" on your case in the few minutes before they meet/speak with you. Attorney Hrina is always thinking about your case and your needs and is never - never - without immediate answers and/or salient and sage advice. My only regret about Attorney Hrina is that he doesn't practice in every field because I would hire him for all matters. And trust that is not hyperbole...his competency and ability is far and away the best in the field. My father always said, "If you buy the best you will never go wrong"...well, Attorney Hrina is the best.
