My husband and I engaged Dave Hrina’s legal services several years ago when we started the process of opening our own business. From the very beginning, Dave has always been 100% committed to making sure that we have all the necessary information to make the many decisions we have been faced with. ...He has handled all legal aspects of the business, from drawing up documents and contracts, to helping us secure a registered name, to providing advice when we decided to bring in another partner. Knowing that we were a start-up business, he always took into consideration the cost of certain services versus the value, and made recommendations on what would be our best route. We have never once questioned his integrity and know without a doubt that his legal advice is soley in our best interest. Dave’s expertise in the legal field is, simply put, incredible. Every time we have a communication with him, whether it be in person, on the phone, or through email, we are always amazed at his knowledge. I find law to be extremely confusing, and he has never hesitated to answer the same questions multiple times, no matter how many different ways we ask it, never losing patience! Last but not least, one of the most amazing things, to me, is how Dave makes you feel like you are his only client, no matter how “small” you might be. His responses to our questions are nearly immediate. His ability to remember details about our business is incredible, and I never doubt that he will be 110% prepared for any meeting we have with him. Dave has worked with our company for several years. I have found Dave to give good advice and if he doesn't know the answer he will find it even if it means getting another person involved. Over the years I h...ave noted that many lawyers - and doctors - get "up to speed" on your case in the few minutes before they meet/speak with you. Attorney Hrina is always thinking about your case and your needs and is never - never - without immediate answers and/or salient and sage advice. My only regret about Attorney Hrina is that he doesn't practice in every field because I would hire him for all matters. And trust that is not hyperbole...his competency and ability is far and away the best in the field.
