Biography
I have spent my entire legal career practicing law for the people of Ohio. Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, I attended college at the University of Connecticut, graduating with honors in 1966. I then enrolled in the Georgetown University Law Center and received my law degree in 1969. For more than 50 years, I have helped thousands of people fight for their rights.
I am COMMITTED! to getting results for all my clients as quickly as possible. I'm meticulous in preparation, aggressive in pursuit and unwavering in my passion to get my clients what they deserve. In most circumstances, I can get your case successfully resolved at mediation and avoid a lengthy trial. If your case does need to go to trial, I have a long and established track record of success.

Pittbull attack
Mr. Slater sent me a packet in the mail after he obtained my info from the health dept. following a recent dog attack I was wounded in. I learned more information from his , packet and just speaking to gim. He took more action in 2 hrs than ant previous attorney. I would recommend James. Thank you. ...
