Excellent Representation

I was in a jam for a DUI and Carrying concealed firearms, along with being under the influence I also had other charges that I could have been hit with. Not only did Mike work diligently to resolve my case and have those supplemental charges dropped he made life changing suggestions. With mike there’s no bs and he works hard to do whatever he can to resolve your case with the best outcome I was certainly looking at a few years in prison with the charges I had against me but with Mikes help I was able to get probation. I strongly recommend Mike for any legal issues I can certainly rely on him for whatever the needs he’ll go above and beyond.

Excellent advisor

Attorney Dailey handled estate probate efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. He explained the entires process, was prompt in responding to questions, and alleviated a lot of concern. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of estate administration. He gave very practical advice. He was never rushed, always patient.

Gets it done

Michael was a great lawyer. He negotiated where he could to reduce time in court, which saved me money In lawyer fees and time off of work. He took the time to explain things to me whenever I had queations. We got what we wanted.

I hired Michael for a felony case in portage county he was always punctual and professional and genuinely seemed to care about the outcome of my case. Reasonable fees and a good guy. Excellent attorney. Rare find.

Hired Mike to represent me in Portage County Municipal Court. He was able to settle my case with prosecutor one day before trial was scheduled and I'm pretty happy with settlement that he negotiate for me.
