Robert Rosenberg has been serving Portage County for more than 20 years. He primarily practices in the areas of Domestic Relations, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury/Civil Litigation. He has argued cases successfully before the 11th District Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, as well as various County Domestic Relations and Criminal Courts. He also serves as a Guardian and Guardian ad Litem in Portage County.

Robert has found ways to give back to the Portage County community. He was President of the Portage County Bar Association in 2006-2007 and has served on various Bar Association committees. He is an instructor for Portage County's Children Are Forever program, aiding parents in helping their children cope with a divorce.

Robert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1989. Before opening Rosenberg & Associates, he worked as a Judicial Clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

When he is not practicing law, Robert spends time with his three children in Aurora, Ohio.

Great help

I was looking at 4 felonies and years of prison time. It was a whole new type of case at the time because the substance had just surfaced. Rob was able to get me a great plea deal of treatment in lieu of conviction with all the research he's done on my case. I ended up doing a year of probation, drug classes, and NA/AA. More then I could have thought. Highly recommended.

Honest, Intelligent, Stands on Principle

Rob has become a friend in the process of fighting for me. He stands on ethics and isn’t a mud-slinging attorney. He uses great judgement and because of his impeccable character, automatically has the respect of judges and magistrates. He has always been available to help me and to answer questions, literally up until late in the evening. He’s handled the most difficult of casesand if you feel like your case could turn to hopeless, he will provide comfort and direct to bring it to a successful resolution.

I would recommend Rob

We first used Rob about 10 years ago when we had an issued with our son when he was suspended from school his junior yr. He was very professional and did a great job for us. Since then anytime someone has had an issue with either custody or a divorce I have referred him and all of them have been very pleased with the out come of their cases as well. Once again I myself have need to use his counsel and am. Sry pleased with how the lawsuit is going.

Finally, an honest attorney

I've had many bad experiences with Ravenna attorneys - Rob was a breath of fresh air. He did not overcharge or overpromise - he did exactly what he said he'd do, which is hard to find in todays day and age. Fairly priced too. Highly recommended!

More than just a will

I contacted Robert Rosenberg for information on creating our first will as we have young children. Mr. Rosenberg comprehensively reviewed all of our deeds and assets and suggested a course of action to ensure that our children were properly cared for in the case of our unexpected death. On top of it all he has very reasonable rates.

Understanding and knowledgeable

Very Satisfied

I was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. It was my first experience getting arrested and going to court. A couple of friends recommended Mr. Rosenberg and I am glad that I hired him. He took time to listen to my story, told me what to expect at court, and negotiated a fair deal with the prosecutor. He treated me with respect. I recently recommended him to a friend of mine fighting for custody of his son.

Great Results

I hated the idea of hiring a lawyer for my divorce but I knew that I needed one. A friend recommended Attorney Rosenberg. The divorce was ugly but he did a great job of getting me through it. I would definitely recommend him for someone looking for a lawyer.
