Farhad Bomi Sethna

Two years ago, I consulted with Farhad Sethna for help in obtaining a fiance (K-1) visa for my Asian partner , who was not a U.S. citizen, so that we could move to the U.S. My partner and I had been living together outside the U.S. for several years and had decided to move to the U.S. to be closer ...to my family. I found Mr. Sethna to be very knowledgeable of the process and very personable so I decided to hire him to help me with this effort. He very clearly explained the process to me and filed the required forms in a timely manner. He guided us through the long process of obtaining the K-1 visa while we were living abroad and on two occasions, helped respond to USCIS requests for further information. After waiting for a year and a half, we finally received the visa and emigrated to the U.S. last March. My partner and I got married shortly after arriving in the U.S. and Mr. Sethna applied for “Adjustment of Status” on our behalf so that my partner could become a permanent resident. In October, Mr. Sethna helped us prepare for our visa interview and accompanied us to that interview. We both appreciated his familiarity with the USCIS staff in Cleveland and his knowledge of the process which helped us get through this very stressful event. Last week, nearly two years after our first application, my partner received his “green card”. During this entire process, I found Mr. Sethna and his staff to be friendly, supportive and very professional. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sethna and his law firm to anyone seeking help with an immigration effort.

Mr. Farhad has maneged very professionally my application for green card. He always answered for my questions, emails very quickly and he also called me back after hours. He is very organized, punctual ,and prepared with every details. He cared for my case and has paid extra attention on me becaus...e of my lack of English . I can be only greatful for his service. I highly recommend him, with his help and service I have finally achieved my green card.

Farhad, worked on my work visa application along with my employer. It was a very good experience working with him. He explained all the immigration rules and procedures with lots of patience and have given me, clear picture of the case through out. Farhad neither gave me false hopes of visa approval ...nor discouraged me about it. He explained pros and cons in each situation and handled the case in a very balanced and organized way.

Farhad and his team are very professional. During the process, whenever my husband and I have any questions, Farhad always provides us with clear answers and professional advices! In our case, since my husband and I work in different states, so our interviews ended up being in different USCIS offices....
