I consulted with Attorney Sethna. Being a foreign national, the next steps can be very confusing. Attorney Sethna has a very good knowledge of immigration and corporate law. Being a professor exposes him to and keeping up to date with recent/past immigration/business case studies and hence giving a v...ery creative aspect to every case he handles. He is one of the very few attorneys I met who actually listen to you patiently. Because most attorneys are trained to ramble for an hour so little things make sense. But Farhad talks in a very polite and understanding manner, yet being assertive so that you know the important things to be taken care of. We have created a good roadmap for the next steps. Mr Sethna was recommended to us by a local magistrate as an excellent immigration lawyer, and he did indeed turn out to be one. I engaged his services to help get my mother legal status in the United States so that she could live here permanently after I moved to the US and got married. His expertise... in the relevant document preparation soon became apparent, and we were very pleased we had not tried to go through through the process by ourselves, official paperwork being what it is. We would undoubtedly have both omitted something and filled in sections incorrectly. Mr Sethna's business expertise was also invaluable as he helped my mother to set up a company, the operation of which gained her a business visa. Once the application was filed, along with the very large pile of accompanying paperwork, the visa itself was granted very quickly, a testament no doubt to the thoroughness of Mr Sethna's preparation. I should also like to note that his office staff are also most efficient and can be relied upon to either provide answers to questions when Mr Sethna is unavailable, or to ensure that queries are passed on to him and then answered in very short order. In addition to the technical expertise offered by Mr Sethna and his staff, we also found them to be very friendly and personable, and made meetings to deal with the paperwork something to look forward to. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Sethna to anyone who is considering utilizing his services, and am confident that he will provide them with the same excellent service he provided for us.
