Two years ago, I consulted with Farhad Sethna for help in obtaining a fiance (K-1) visa for my Asian partner , who was not a U.S. citizen, so that we could move to the U.S. My partner and I had been living together outside the U.S. for several years and had decided to move to the U.S. to be closer ...to my family.
