Andrew Main Parker

This is the second time Andrew Parker has helped us in a difficult situation. We are very grateful for the work he did and grateful for the outcomes in both instances. These were situations not exactly fitting into his main areas of expertise but he still did a great job resolving them to our satisfaction.

Andrew did a great job handling my divorce case. I feel that he provided excellent advice and helped me through a very difficult and long custody battle. He was very professional and actually seemed to care about what was best for my four daughters. I would highly recommend him.

When I first came in to Andrew's office I didn't know what to expect as I had never needed a lawyer before. But Andrew and his team sat down and took the time to listen to the details of my case, advised me on the best course of action I should take, and worked diligently on getting me the best outcome possible (which was better than I could ever hope for!). I came in looking at 5 felonies, and walked out pleading to 4 misdemeanours. Now that's time and money well spent.

Attorney Parker is an excellent attorney. After a long battle with my children's mother, I was finally able to see my children more often. He understood my position as a father. Andrew helped me do what's best for my daughter and made the whole process less stressful. He always kept me informed and when talking with the other attorney it went smoothly. He helped me understand the law and what needs to be done. It is finely over and it wouldn't have been this way if it wasn't for Mr. Parker. My husband and I retained Whitney Miller, an attorney within this practice. After years of battling with my husbands ex, Whitney made us feel like she was on our side, like we had a fighting chance in court. She knew our “must haves” and what we were passionate about, the REASONS we were taking my husbands ex to court. Whitney not only fell short, we didn’t get ANYTHING we wanted. We felt she became best friends with the opposing counsel and did everything they wanted. Throughout this entire process, my husband would email Whitney, and get little to NO response! What kind of family lawyer does business like this?! Oh but my husband would receive emails and calls regarding payment… because that was more important for them than my husband GETTING TO SEE HIS KIDS! What a waste. To be fair, upon complaint of Whitney’s complacency, Andrew M. Parker did reach out to my husband to talk. Granted, what’s done is done, we wasted THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR NOTHING! Go anywhere but this place for family court; we could have done it better ourselves.

Hired Mr. Parker for my divorce, was informed after our first hearing that the divorce trial might be the week his wife was expecting. Told him to ask the court immediately for a date change. He refused. When the trial came, sure enough he tells me on the Wednesday before my court Monday court trial, that his was in labor and my case would be pushed. He also said that I didn't need to be in court Monday, I didn't trust him at this point, so I drove 600 plus miles to be there. Sure enough Monday the judge was expecting to proceed to trial, the only reason she didn't hold Mr. Parker in contempt was the other attorney stuck up for him. Mr. Parker not listening to me months prior requesting an immediate change, cost me an additional 3 months alimony. (Between the delay and 1/3 of the marriage time alimony is paid) Lastly Mr. Parker was told numerous times my stance on the alimony that should be expected, the week prior to the delayed trial, Mr. Parker suggested that I just pay my ex-wife's demand for $275,000.00 in Alimony, because he was too concerned with taking a week off to be there for the baby. I immediately fired him, and at the rescheduled trial, I defended myself, the ex-wife received less than 15% of what she demanded, and Mr. Parker suggested I agree to. I have e mails, and court documents to prove 100% of what I stated here.
