Scott Martin Deliman

I read the reviews of Mr. Deliman without noticing that they are all from the same year, within months of each other. It's 2 years later and we did not have a good experience. We sought legal counsel to fight spousal support. He barely fought for our interests, left us in a terrible financial situati...on (I.e., going to the food bank, likely losing our house, pressuring us to sell it, etc), then complained because the magistrate's decision that resulted from his ineffective defense left us unable to pay his bill. He consequently withdrew a week from an important court date. Throughout the time he was our attorney, he seemed very distracted, couldn't find things in our file, and let his secretaries respond for him. We do not think this man was worth his fee. We hired him to mitigate damages. Instead, he damaged us himself. Please don't let this happen to you.

After my divorce I ran into financial issues and was left no choice but to file bankruptcy. He was honest and got me through the entire process pain free. I only wish I would've found him earlier and used him for my divorce. However, for any financial advise I would recommend him! I recommend him ...to all my friends and family as well. Truly the best Attorney I've ever dealt with.

Going through a divorce is something I'd never wish upon any person, but if you find yourself in that situation, Scott Deliman is definitely the counsel you will want. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, he told me during my consultation, trust me and I'll make sure you are taken... care of. At the time, obviously, I didn't trust anyone, but I took a leap of faith and put my trust in him and he followed through 110%! He's very understanding with the fact that I am a single mom and allows me to make monthly payments towards my lawyer fees. He was always on top of his game, if he said he was going to do something, he got it done immediately. Divorce is never a happy thing, the process is excruciating and emotional, but Scott was there every step of the way and made each step lighter and lighter as time lead up to the final court date. Working with Scott has been a very rewarding experience from beginning to end. He helped me keep my granddaughter and my guardianship in place against her father would didn't show up until she was 12 years old and after her mother (my daughter) died. He walked me through all the steps of this 1 year... roller coaster ride. Scott kept me informed of each success and setback. He was very attentive to my needs and fears and always responded immediately when I called. He was also very honest about all proceedings, something extremely important to me. As a business owner you want to have a trusting relationship with your attorney and let your attorney handle it. That is advice most of us have a hard time doing and letting the control go. Scott has a way of understanding the case in full as well as getting his clients to understand that he will do everything in his power to get the results. Scott, does not jump to conclusions nor does he waste anyone's time or money! We are good at what we do and ask our clients to trust us so why not let Scott do what hes good at and have trust in him.. Again, it's hard to not have control but If I have to give control up then I'm fully trusting in Scott.... He's proven that to me time after time!!
