Prospective client

This man explains your rights clearly and precisely. Has integrity to tell a potential client how the prosecutor and police can lie to get a conviction. And I just called for a free consultation. I do plan to hire him in near future

Highly professional attorney

Will is an awesome attorney and did a very good job representing my interests in all the cases I have brought to him. He is knowledgeable and really impressive in court. He was very informative and professional. I highly recommend him.

My go to guy

Mr Norman has been dealing with all my criminal and traffic cases since he started his practice. I’ve never been let down with any of the outcomes, we reduced multiple traffic offenses to a minimum and have won a trial for disorderly conduct since. He’s great at communicating and explaining cases to ...clients.

Will tell you he can offer you the world, then does nothing

I met with Will and handed over my only copies of several of my legal documents. He told me he would take my case and I would be vindicated for a very high fee (at least double of what a seasoned specialized attorney had quoted). Will told me to give him a week and a half to look over my documents a...nd he will get back to me on the plan of action. I told him to let me know and that I could pay 75% of the fee upfront but it would take about 2 months to get the rest. After 3 months of not hearing back, Will finally returned my phone call and said he had been busy and it doesn't matter because I could not afford him anyways. He told me that he had given my legal documents to someone else and never returned them.

He will fight for you!

Recently I was charged with possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree, in Portage County. Mr. Norman first guided me through the "turning myself in" process, in such a way that I would never have to enter a jail cell (something that is very important to me). We then discussed different direc...tions we could take, different possible outcomes, and how they could effect me. We also discussed the outcome that we should have as a goal (what my dream outcome would be). I was hoping to enter a divergence program, though this might not have worked since I have a prior (discussed next). Somehow, he convinced the prosecution to have my charge dismissed. This was an unexpected outcome. He argued for it even though it was highly improbable that the prosecution would agree to dismissal, and got it. About a year ago, in South Euclid/Lyndhurst, I was charged with 1) possession of marijuana and 2) possession of paraphanelia. The process with Mr. Norman was similar to the process I described above. When speaking with the prosecution he asked for leniency because of the fact that this is my first time possessing marijuana/paraphernalia. The prosecution argued based on the fact that there is paraphernalia, this is clearly not my first time. Mr. Norman stated that under the law, this was in fact my first time. The prosecution agreed and gave two options: 1) diversion program or 2) dropping the paraphernalia charge and changing the marijuana charge to disorderly conduct (minor misdemeanor that has better societal connotations than possession) with the option to expunge after a year given no convictions in that time. I chose option 2. If Mr. Norman did not have my charges completely dismissed in the felony-case above, then I would not be able to have this minor misdemeanor expunged.
