State of Ohio v. Cody Jones

OUTCOME: Not guilty on all counts

Cody was stopped for a "welfare check" roughly frisked, taken to the ground, beaten and tazed four times before being taken to the hospital. For his trouble he was charged with assaulting an officer, r ... esisting arrest, and obstruction. Cody was adamant that he was innocent, and we refused all offers, and instead went to jury trial.
