Bogus case

I received bogus charges (that were sent to me in the mail more than a week later) for crimes that were NEVER committed at a professional sporting event, and Mr. Norman helped resolve this case in a manner that was acceptable to all parties involved. These charges came about because I told the tru...th regarding a racist and intellectually-challenged athlete (who has threatened the life of at least one law enforcement officer but was never cited for his words) during a basketball game, and after I had a t-shirt stolen from me by security as they were escorting me out of the arena FOR TELLING THE TRUTH. Thanks to Will the matter will be expunged from my record, but sadly, the athlete I accurately described that night will always be a SPINELESS QUITTER who is admired by fools.

Excellent, professional

A couple years ago, I was caught up in a terrible situation. I was facing a felony of the first degree for aggravated robbery. For what happened, I could’ve expected at least five years of jail time, thousands in fines, and years of probation afterward. Will helped me cut everything down to no jail t...ime, one year of probation, and less than a thousand in fines. It was awesome, I was ecstatic. My felony was lowered down to a felony 4, theft charge, and expungable! Today, my probation was terminated, and 3 years from now, I will no longer be a felon. I couldn’t have done it without Will. He’s very personable, great to talk to, and extremely reliable. Very affordable as well. I definitely recommend him to anyone in any need of help. Where there’s a Will, there’s a way. 10/10

He will fight for you!

Recently I was charged with possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree, in Portage County. Mr. Norman first guided me through the "turning myself in" process, in such a way that I would never have to enter a jail cell (something that is very important to me). We then discussed different direc...tions we could take, different possible outcomes, and how they could effect me. We also discussed the outcome that we should have as a goal (what my dream outcome would be). I was hoping to enter a divergence program, though this might not have worked since I have a prior (discussed next). Somehow, he convinced the prosecution to have my charge dismissed. This was an unexpected outcome. He argued for it even though it was highly improbable that the prosecution would agree to dismissal, and got it. About a year ago, in South Euclid/Lyndhurst, I was charged with 1) possession of marijuana and 2) possession of paraphanelia. The process with Mr. Norman was similar to the process I described above. When speaking with the prosecution he asked for leniency because of the fact that this is my first time possessing marijuana/paraphernalia. The prosecution argued based on the fact that there is paraphernalia, this is clearly not my first time. Mr. Norman stated that under the law, this was in fact my first time. The prosecution agreed and gave two options: 1) diversion program or 2) dropping the paraphernalia charge and changing the marijuana charge to disorderly conduct (minor misdemeanor that has better societal connotations than possession) with the option to expunge after a year given no convictions in that time. I chose option 2. If Mr. Norman did not have my charges completely dismissed in the felony-case above, then I would not be able to have this minor misdemeanor expunged.
