I was given Mr. Torch's name from an attorney friend when I needed immediate assistance with my teaching job, when the teacher's union was failing miserably to protect me. He immediately went to work and very quickly got the situation under control. He negotiated a very, very fair agreement with the school board of education and I was able to not only keep my dignity, but leave with a settlement that left me with a lot of time to reflect on my career path and lick my wounds without having to worry about immediately finding another job. Having your supervisor turn on you, falsify evidence, intimidate all other coworkers after 20+ of excellent performance reviews and various accolades on my part was devastating, and Stuart was not only excellent at what he did for me, but he was also compassionate and funny at just the right times. He was also honest and direct. I have needed his assistance with small items a few times since this event and he has been wonderful and very fair in how he structures his billing.
