I very rarely take time to do reviews about the companies I work with, but in this instance, I must take the time. I have been in business for many years and the one thing I have always struggled with has been the faith in any attorney I have used. Then I was introduced to Alex Gertsburg and his firm. I felt comfortable from the beginning and knew that I had finally found a firm I could trust. They were in it for my interest and good and not just in it for the fees they could rack up. We are in the middle of a long suit and they have not wavered working for me one bit. Alex and Michael, the attorney working on my suit, have worked very hard for me and kept me informed of everything they are doing. My thanks goes out to these guys and if you are in need of a different, honest, hard working firm to help you, take my advice and call Alex at the number above. I told Alex I always had trouble finding an honest attorney, and he replied that he understood because they all worked for him. He was telling the truth, they do.

Out of the more than 200 attorneys I've contacted, some all the way in Washington DC!, this appears to be the guy I want to protect the good name of my elderly mother in the malicious damages suit of which she's entirely not deserving of. This is the first guy that probably bothered to review our case and for some reason his reply has comforted me .... trial is tomorrow and we're going in without an attorney (since the last guy bailed at pre-trial) so it's a sleepless night for me...I just thought I'd leave this review of how I feel about him now (and will be sure to leave him a review if he should represent us on the appeal).

Proudly Stands up for What is Right!!
Alex took a personal interest in my case and decided to help me when others turned me away. The Gertsburg Law Firm made me feel like part of their team and even though all of our communication was done from a long distance they never forgot about me! I hope one day to meet the team in person just to say THANK YOU!!! The team worked long hours on my case doing whatever they could to get results. EXCELLENT!!
Alex was extremely efficient and showed incredible knowledge of local law in assisting us in getting our earnest money returned to us. We are out-of-staters, and, as such, had little knowledge of local real estate law. Alex really put the pedal to the metal, and we recieved our funds back in a very short time. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

The Gertsburg law firm went out of their way to put me at ease while dealing with my legal issue. I live in MN but my legal business was in OH. Our business was done over the phone and via emails. Law suit for commission that was due
Alex was introduced to me by another Business Broker. My company is MBA Business Brokerage, Inc. I am the President and founder. We have specialized in Business Brokerage since 1981. Over that period of time we have had many occasion to use an attorney. Attorneys are the same as all other professions. It is the 80 / 20 rule. 80 % are mediocre or bad. 20% are good to excellent. Alex Gertsburg is in the top 1% as far as professionalism, knowledge of the law, informing his client of all the details that are going on, he gives time tables, he listens to a client, he takes advice from his client, and he has the ability to negotiate a fair settlement. I will be using him any time I need good representation. There are only a few attorneys that recognize that a client requires a response to his calls. Alex, without fail, responds on a timely basis. Thank you for getting me a great settlement in a very short time frame.

Alex and his team are outstanding! I have been working on my case for over a year with no results.
