He is an arrogant, condescending individual. He is inpatient and can be intimidating. I was often afraid to ask him questions because I feared that he would be short or tired of answering me. He may know his bankruptcy laws but he did a poor job in tying the other pieces together (ie letting me kno...w how certain filing decisions could potentially affect credit and purchasing power in the future). He needs to do a better job at piecing things together for individual clients versus giving everyone the same big spew. He needs to listen to your specific needs and give you the pros and cons of your choices.
