Brad was available to us instantly. At the time of my arrest, we called him and he was in court for me first thing the very next morning. At that hearing, he was able to have me released from jail without paying bond. In addition, he was able to help avoid additional charges against me in Geauga Coun...ty by working directly with their prosecutors. He explained the duplicity of the charges (because I was also charged in Cuyahoga County) and they agreed to drop anything that was duplicated. That was huge. He endlessly spoke with me, attorneys in his firm, attorneys outside his firm, and various other 'players' to discuss strategy and to make a plan. He sent me for a comprehensive mental health assessment and from there aimed for and was able to work me into a court program called 'In Lieu of Conviction' (ILC). This means ALL of my very serious felony charges (5 felony charges in total) will be dismissed upon my successful completion of a treatment program specifically designed for my issues. I will be on probation and follow all of those rules set forth, and have community service which I'm happy to complete. I've known for a long time I needed help and we were able to work with the court to make this possible. Because of Brad, I will get help I desperately need, have a real chance at recovering my health, and become a responsible member of society again. Also, I will say again, I will have all of my charges dismissed completely. Brad was available by phone or text morning, noon, and night. He called me every time there was new information or had questions so we could make a plan, or just to listen to me when I was at my worst. He will still be there for me if I need him now. He will work endlessly for you. I can not thank him enough. He truly cares and will do anything within his power to help.
