Did not read through all information presented on case. I was advised to plead guilty with no fight at all. Would not subpoena key witnesses I requested who had direct involvement with the case. Refused a conference call with a close attorney friend to discuss key points in winning the case. Expre...ssed (yelled) how he was offended at the notion and appeared more concerned with his own emotions and insecurities of accepting an outside viewpoint on the case vs actually winning the case. Did not communicate dependably. Consistently expressed negative outlook on case and had zero confidence in winning. Raised his voice dramatically and very often when communicating. Had to hire another attorney. Case was easily dismissed with new attorney.
