I've taken depositions of the corporate representatives of all five banks that signed the State Attorneys General settlement based on fraudulent foreclosure practices - Wells Fargo, Ally/GMAC, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Citi - and I've handled foreclosure appeals in all 12 judicial districts in Ohio, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Negotiated loan modifications with principal reductions. Attended the Max Gardner Bankruptcy Boot Camp, a five day seminar taught by a nationally recognized expert. Served as Special Counsel to the Chapter 7 Trustee in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio (Youngstown).
