When I was fired from a weird marketing firm, I had a lot of questions. I called this firm and spoke to Kelly Wilson, who went over what to expect. I was a little skeptical when she said it can take up to a year to get an amount- but she assured me we would pursue it in court if need be. Long story short, our case didn't settle and I was then working with an attorney who specifically represented clients in court, Daniel Dubow. After discovery, we were offered an amazing amount of money and even after giving 40% to my attorney. I got thousands for something I almost didn't pursue. While the legal process is long and somewhat boring, it worked for me. Thanks everyone!
Brian and his team of lawyers were honest from the begining. They kept me informed the entire time and Brian really destroyed my former boss at deposition. The other attorney looked stupid in comparison. I hope that I never get wrongfully fired again, but if I do, I would go back to the Spitz Law Firm again. Great job!

A truly respectable attorney.
Brian Spitz is THAT attorney. He's the guy that you read about in the paper or see in the movies- the guy that takes a case based on a genuine desire to help others. He has grown his practice organically by earning the trust of his clients and following thru. He looks out for his clients, keeps them informed, is highly knowledgable, and honest. I have worked for him as a hired tradesperson for home and office updates, as well as hired him to draft contracts and more. If you are looking for a lawyer that will see things thru, pay attention to details, and genuinely care about you as a client or strategic partner, this is your guy!

Professional Attorney
Brian Spitz, as well as his firm are a highly professional and knowledgable team. Brian is not only a phenomenal attorney, but he is also a good guy. He represents big cases and also the small cases. I would highly recommend anyone seeking legal advice of any kind to contact The Spitz Law Firm. If Brian cannot help you with something, he has ethical, reputable attorneys of all types that he can refer you to.

not satisfied
I was a client of the spitz law firm, I don't believe they did anything that any other attorney wouldn't have done for me seeing that they take a 40 percent commission. Also had to wait 2 week's for my settlement check because Brian and his wife were vacationing out if the county and wouldn't authorize anyone else that worked there to do so.

Slow and low
Took forever to file suit even after getting it filed and dates set he dropped the case stating it was a strategy to get more information from the opposition, then refiled the case which took even more time to get a new court date, at the end it took 2 years to get a very low amount of money. My case also got switched to several different people in his office which I wasn't informed until I called for update on the case. I wouldn't recommend.
