In my experience, Aaron richly deserves his national standing in defamation law, reputation repair and related fields.

My business and reputation were severely impacted by a series of false and defamatory Rip-Off Reports. Aaron led the effort to prepare and obtain a court order to sever all links to these reports and republications. He knows this field like no other. I am extremely thankful for his great work. And hi...s fee structure is more than fair. I myself am a litigator, but I did not know my way around this highly specialized field. Aaron knew how to obtain the proper court order, and what language it needed to pass muster with the search engines. He always took my calls, responded promptly to my emails and correctly predicted the search engines' timing. I did not know Aaron beforehand. He is in Cleveland and I am in NYC. I chose Aaron after performing a detailed internet search and having an extensive conference with him. He was patient, highly knowledgeable and very informative. I have never written a testimonial like this. But Aaron and his staff deserve it. Aaron was able to secure the elimination of ALL search-engine links to the multiple offending Rip-Off Reports and republications.

Website Takedown

Aaron was an exceptional attorney that was referred to my by a close friend. After talking to two other attorneys that either did not want to work on my case or seemed too busy, Aaron was very professional, assertive and had a great deal of knowledge in what he was doing. Not only did Aaron get the... websites down that were damaging to my image, he got the job done in a matter of 10 days. I was very surprised in his work ethic and time management to my case. Outstanding Legal Representation

Aaron successfully represented us in a complicated commercial real estate transaction. The contract we signed was partly ambiguous and so it required a thorough understanding of the law as well as an awareness of legal precedents that could be specifically applied to our case. Internet Content Removal

My family and I were recently attacked online. While I tried to determine exactly what action to take, the derogatory posts and photos multiplied and grew quickly, attaching to other websites and blogs. In a very short time my name and family were listed on multiple derogatory Google search results. ...I hired Aaron Minc an attorney from out of state whom I had never met in person. Minc is very knowledgeable concerning Internet laws and tactics. Minc took ownership of my problem, over the next two months Minc was able to remove basically all the online content and uncover who attacked my family. My recommendation is; if you are attacked online get help immediately from an experienced attorney such as Aaron Minc.
