Bobby was the best lawyer I could have asked for. I was arrested for an OVI case and blew a high BAC during it. I hired Bobby the next day and he held my hand through everything. Was always communicative and told me exactly how things were going to happen. He was the most diligent OVI lawyer ever. Di...d a ton of work upfront and then put in a motion to suppress. His relationships with the prosecutor and magistrate and his work ethic was the reason I was able to get my sentencing bumped down to a Physical Control charge. Bobby really has a gold standard to doing things. On top of that, he is a great individual and I really enjoyed getting to know him throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Short summary of what is to follow: HIRE BOBBY WALTON. I wrapped myself up in an ugly OVI situation. This being my first offense, I had no idea where to go or what attorney to choose. I am a young adult and had a lot at stake with my career. Some of my peers lead me in the direction of Robert Walt...on, and I am so greatful I hired him. I contacted Walton the day after my incident and he came to meet me near my house the next day and provided a ride because I was unable to drive (he is very professional and will go out of his way to help you). With the circumstances of my case, I thought I was done for. It was BAD. Walton is relentless and went beyond the call of duty for me. He got me the best possible outcome with my case. I never thought it would have been possible. Walton single handidly saved my career and life. Not only will Bobby remain my lawyer in the future but he is now a friend.

Bobby did a fantastic job handling handling our son's legal problems. There were a number of misdemeanor offenses in a short period of time. It was all very confusing, but Bobby explained everything simply and clearly. He made sure that we understood what was happening, and he was very patient ans...wering all of our questions. Bobby is a great calming factor in a tough situation. We were doubly pleased once we saw Bobby in the courtroom. He has an excellent rapport with the judges and prosecuting attorneys, which is essential to make things happen. He also spoke definitively and clearly when presenting our son's case to the judge, especially when compared to some of the other lawyers. I am very happy that Bobby represented our son. He helped us sympathetically through a trying time. Most importantly, he was able to work with the judges and prosecutors in order to reduce or dismiss all of our son's charges. Bobby Walton is an excellent advocate for his clients!!

Bobby is a very well-known, respected, and excellent attorney. He is extremely intelligent and knows everything there is to know regarding the law. He is known for his success in suppressing evidence which was clearly shown with my situation. For example, he knew all of specifics in how police o...fficials should handle certain sobriety tests along with the arrest of an OVI which led to removing material evidence from my case. Because of this, Bobby was able to dismiss my OVI charges which seemed near impossible up against my BAC levels. Bobby is not only a great attorney but a great person. In all of our conversations, I could tell he actually listened to me and cared about my well-being, making sure I was ok. He sees the good in people and wants to learn about you. He genuinely wants to help you because he knows the impact these cases can have on someone's life. We all make mistakes in life and Bobby understands that. If you are looking for an attorney, I would highly recommend Mr. Walton. Many people in the area respect him which can get you very far. I am naive when it comes to the cost of attorneys for my situation specifically (OVI). Bobby, himself, will tell you that he is expensive and that you can find an attorney who is cheaper. However, I would say that "this expense" is WELL worth it.
