Bobby was the best lawyer I could have asked for. I was arrested for an OVI case and blew a high BAC during it. I hired Bobby the next day and he held my hand through everything. Was always communicative and told me exactly how things were going to happen. He was the most diligent OVI lawyer ever. Di...d a ton of work upfront and then put in a motion to suppress. His relationships with the prosecutor and magistrate and his work ethic was the reason I was able to get my sentencing bumped down to a Physical Control charge. Short summary of what is to follow: HIRE BOBBY WALTON. I wrapped myself up in an ugly OVI situation. This being my first offense, I had no idea where to go or what attorney to choose.
